Supporting Women’s Mental Health Through Midlife & Menopause

Certified in Menopause-Informed CBT | U.S. - Based Therapist & Coach
I’m proud to share that I have earned my certification from the Menopause CBT Clinic®, making me the FIRST and ONLY U.S. - based mental health clinician with this distinction. This marks the culmination of a meaningful journey that began in May 2024, fueled by my dedication to better support women through the emotional and psychological challenges of midlife and menopause.

This specialized training deepens my work as a licensed therapist and coach, allowing me to offer a more targeted, evidence-based approach to an often misunderstood and under-supported phase of life.
Why Menopause Matters for Mental Health
The menopause transition is more than a biological shift—it often brings major changes in identity, mood, sleep, energy, and overall mental wellbeing. Many women report feeling unprepared, overwhelmed, or dismissed during this time.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a proven intervention endorsed by The Menopause Society for effectively managing symptoms such as:
- Anxiety and panic
- Low mood or depression
- Sleep disruptions
- Brain fog and concentration issues
- Self-esteem, purpose, and identity concerns
Through this certification, I had the privilege of learning directly from Simona Stokes - U.K. based psychologist, developer, and founder of the Menopause CBT Clinic®. Her empowering framework helps women not only cope with the transition—but thrive.

My Approach:
Educate. Validate. Empower.
In my practice, I integrate menopause-specific CBT with compassionate, holistic care tailored to each woman’s unique midlife experience. Whether you're navigating perimenopause, postmenopause, or anything in between, I’m here to help you:
- Understand what’s happening in your body and brain
- Normalize and validate your emotional experience
- Reclaim your sense of agency, confidence, and wellbeing
This stage of life is not an ending—it’s a powerful new chapter. With the right support, it can be a time of reconnection, resilience, and renewal.
